These terms govern your purchase of services from PMP Leads ("we"): the one-time Review Mining Report and the monthly Hot Lead List. By ordering, you agree to them.
1. Review Mining Report
For a one-time payment of $99, we analyze your business's publicly visible Google and Facebook reviews and deliver a written report containing a review audit, your top complaint themes, reply templates, and a one-page action plan. Delivery is by email as a PDF, within 24 hours of your order.
2. Hot Lead List (monthly subscription)
For $99 per month, we score the fresh leads you send us (by forwarding lead notification emails to leads@pmpleads.com) as hot, warm, or cold with reasons, and deliver the scored list by email each month. Billing is monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@pmpleads.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no partial-month refunds.
3. What we need from you
Your business name and a working email address or phone number where we can deliver. If we cannot identify your business's public reviews from what you provide, we will ask you once for clarification.
4. Refund policy
- Before we start: if your reviews are too few or otherwise unusable for analysis, we tell you and refund you in full before doing any work.
- Late delivery: if your report is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you may request a full refund.
- After delivery: all sales are final once the report or monthly list has been delivered, except where required by law.
Refund requests go to hello@pmpleads.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. What the report is not
The report is analysis and advice based on public reviews. It is not a guarantee of any business result, revenue increase, or review outcome. Business decisions you make from it are your own.
6. Your report is yours
Once delivered and paid for, the report is yours to use however you like inside your business. You may not resell or redistribute our reports or templates as a competing service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, and not to submit false business information to obtain someone else's report.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to the service
We may update what the report or monthly list includes over time. The description on our site at the time of your order is what applies to your order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be handled in its courts.
