PMP Leads ("we") sells a one-time Review Mining Report and a monthly Hot Lead List to pest control businesses. You can also sign up for email announcements about new products. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it, in plain English.
What we collect
- Order information: your business name and your email address or phone number, which you enter on our order form.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Public reviews: we read your business's publicly visible Google and Facebook reviews to prepare your report.
- Lead emails (monthly service only): if you subscribe to the Hot Lead List, you forward lead notification emails to us so we can score them. We process them for that month's list and nothing else.
- Product updates email: if you sign up to hear about new products, the email address you enter on the signup form.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare and deliver your report or your monthly lead list, and to communicate with you about your order or subscription. If you sign up for product updates, we also use your email to send you announcements about new products and services. That is all.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the service providers below.
- We never contact your customers.
- We never use your information for marketing to third parties.
- Once your report or monthly list is delivered, we delete your order information and working copies. The one exception is the product-updates email list: we keep your email on that list until you unsubscribe, and nothing else.
Service providers
Four third parties touch your information in order to fulfill your order:
- FormSubmit delivers your order form and signup form submissions to us by email.
- Stripe processes your payment securely.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and routes our email.
- Resend stores the product-updates email list and sends announcement emails.
Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.
Cookies
Our site does not set tracking cookies and we run no analytics that follow you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. That is the extent of it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pmpleads.com and we will respond promptly.
To leave the product-updates email list, reply to any announcement email or write to hello@pmpleads.com and ask to be removed. We will take you off the list right away.
Children
Our service is for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
